Biography

Naseer (Irfan) Syed is a Lawyer, Notary and Trademark agent practicing primarily Business, Charities and Not-for-Profit Law.

Irfan also provides unique legal assistance to individuals and organizations on national-security related matters.

As part of his long history of community involvement, including educational presentations and media interactions, Irfan was a founding director and past-Chair of the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association, a past member of Council for the Ontario Bar Association, and a past member of the Executive of the Charities and Not-for-Profit Law Section of both the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.

Irfan received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) from McMaster University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. Prior to SyedLaw, Irfan was a principal of Kutty, Syed & Mohamed (KSM Law) and its predecessor firm and also worked at several firms on Bay Street in downtown Toronto.
