Biography
I practice in the Land Development and Condominium Group at SimpsonWigle LAW LLP.
I act for land developers, real estate investors, land trusts & conservancies, condominium corporations, lenders, home owners and first time home buyers as well.
I work closely and in collaboration with municipalities, regulators, urban planners, engineers, surveyors, property managers, tax advisors, accountants, insurers, mortgage brokers and real estate agents.
My practice covers both residential and commercial real estate. I am based in Hamilton but work across the province in person and remotely.
I routinely present and teach for the Law Society of Ontario, Hamilton Law Association and the Candadian Condominium Institute.
I am passionate about real estate, land development and urban planning.
