Where

Aishah graduated with a B.C.L. / LL.B. from McGill University before moving back to Toronto to pursue a career in immigration and refugee law. Previously, she worked with legal clinics in Montreal. She regularly represents individuals before all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board as well as the Federal Court of Canada. She is a member of the Refugee Lawyer’s Association, the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers, and the Board of Directors for OFA, an organization dedicated to supporting socially and economically disadvantaged women. Aishah speaks English, French, and Arabic.
